private until you are satisfied that it is safe to do so.

arising from loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, tort or
otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site.

9. Services for buyers
Lets Move provides a number of services for buyers. You shall be asked to provide Us with an instruction fee before we begin providing you with the service. In addition you may be asked to pay Us a reservation fee which we use to secure a new build plot with the developer.
10. Cancellation of Services
Should you wish to cancel the provision of our services.
10.1 The instruction fee is a non-refundable fee. We shall however agree to a refund should we be unable to secure you a mortgage within our panel of lenders.
10.2 The reservation fee is a non-refundable fee. This fee has been paid by Us to the developer to reserve a plot in your name. Should you wish to withdraw for any reason this fee shall be retained by the developer.
11. Termination
You agree that We at our sole
discretion, may terminate your Account (or any part thereof) or use of the
Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Site, for any reason,
including, without limitation, for lack of use or if We believe that you have
violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms. We may also at our sole
discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part
thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access
to the Service under any provision of the Terms may be effected without prior
notice, and acknowledge and agree that We may immediately deactivate or delete
your Account and all related information and files in your Account and/or
prohibit any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree
that We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of
your access to the Service.

Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site or these Terms. When these Terms are amended, We will publish details of the amendments on the Site. Your continued use of the Site is taken as your agreement to be bound by these Terms as amended.
